About this course

Flourishing community can be intentionally cultivated through practices that serve to support the development of community-oriented virtues. Springing from a faith tradition with a rich history of living in community, Christian teachings have much to contribute to discussions about how to build flourishing communities with intentional practices.

In this course, we will consider practices drawn from the Christian tradition that cultivate an openness to the work of the Holy Spirit and foster habits that support the development of virtues. The practices associated with these virtues can support the development of thriving communities—communities well-equipped to learn and tackle complex problems together.
